Parcelforce & DPD will ship same day (on a next working day service) if received before 12pm (GMT), subject to stock availability. Evri/Hermes will ship next working day (on a 2-4 working day service) if received before 12pm (GMT), subject to stock availability.
All heated & motorised products require a minimum of 48 hours lead-time before dispatch. We will endeavor to despatch your order sooner if we can, according to the delivery service you have selected.
The following special order products also require a minimum of require a minimum of 48 hours lead-time before dispatch: VM1RM, VM1RM12, VM1RYM & VM1RYM12. Once made they will be dispatched on the below services & prices

We are closed on UK public holidays. Orders received during public holidays and factory closures will be dispatched on the next working day with the exception of special order products.
